We welcome anyone in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who has an interest in purebred dogs. We expect all club members to be actively involved in club activities and especially support the Rose City Classic Dog Show and other events during the year.
Requirements
A potential member must attend one open meeting of the club prior to submitting their application. Open meetings are in August and December and other times as designated by the President. Open meetings are shown on the calendar on this web page.
The Application
You can apply for membership online here. You will need the name of a DFAO member who is your sponsor. If you don’t know any DFAO members, contact Membership Chair Angela Frome.
Or you can download and fill out the membership application, then provide it along with a check for $15 for dues to a DFAO member who is your sponsor. You may also pay dues online.
The Process
Your membership application will be submitted to the club at the next monthly meeting and will be voted on at the following meeting.
