Our Articles of Incorporation require our Annual Meeting be on the 2nd Thursday of November.

Elections will be held at this meeting. From the Bylaws:

ARTICLE IV

Section 4. Elections. The nominated candidate receiving the greatest number of votes for each office shall be declared elected. The one (1) nominated candidate for the other position on the Board who receives the greatest number of votes for such positions shall be declared elected. If no valid additional nominations are received on or before November 1, the Nominating Committee’s slate shall be declared elected and no balloting will be required. Any uncontested position should be automatically elected.
